Why RefundAir exists
When a flight goes wrong, most travellers do not know whether anything is owed to them, and those who do try run into a long process against a far larger counterpart.
The result is that many simply give up. RefundAir was built to remove that barrier: to give a fast first answer, and to take on the tedious part.
What we do
We check the flight against what it actually did, explain in plain language what is at stake, and where there is a basis to continue, run the process with the airline from filing through to outcome.
How we work
Clarity
We say what is known, what is not, and what still needs checking, without wrapping it in legal language.
Transparency
We explain up front how the fee works and when it applies, with no costs that surface later.
Data
The check rests on what the flight actually did, not on general statements.
Communication
We update when something real develops, rather than flooding you with empty notices.
Ownership of the process
From the moment a claim is opened, dealing with the airline is our responsibility.
What we do not do
